BAT Ambassadors Activate Grassroots Support for Shettima and Tinubu

Chief Jamiu Ekungba, interim coordinator of the Bola Ahmed Tinubu (BAT) Ambassadors, revealed yesterday that his organization is currently mobilizing support for the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate in 12 states as part of efforts to fulfill Senator Bola Tinubu Ahmed’s lifelong ambition of becoming Nigeria’s president.

Ekungba said that the BAT Ambassadors now has representation in twelve states of Nigeria, with membership in the lower half of six figures, but the active executives in these states total 1,407 powerful men and women.

He said that two key tactics had been developed to ensure that the campaign organization was operating in accordance with its goals. The “max movement plan” would comprise a room-to-room campaign in which every Yoruba man and woman, boy or girl, is personally approached.

In order to engage the public, we also intended to employ traditional and social media. This is done in an effort to suit the needs of young people who are always attached to their phones and computers. To bombard the social and traditional news media, we have created a highly strong and thoroughly dynamic media infrastructure.

Ekungba continued by saying that the organization supports Tinubu for president because they see in him a real-world, verifiable example of success that, if permitted to be repeated at the national level, can quickly create the Nigeria that so many people have yearned for.

“Nigeria is on a shaky course, and we need a man with bravery to steer the ship. In the present administration, we view Tinubu as the clear example of that kind of daring. We refer to the guts to make difficult choices when doing so would hurt for the good of the country.

“We want a guy who is passionately opposed to the federal form of governance. Our harmonious coexistence can only result in a social and economic growth that is geometrically exponential when Nigeria returns to federalism. We observe Tinubu’s unwavering dedication to the principles of real federalism.

“We need a guy who can continuously follow concepts that have been agreed upon, not a fair-weather personality who jumps from boat to boat depending on what suits his own needs or the needs of his cronies. Again, Bola Ahmed Tinubu was the appropriate peg in the appropriate hole in this situation.

“These attributes, among others, are what motivate this group’s members to believe that, in addition to praying for Nigeria, we also need to get up and go to work. Please allow me to end my statement by stating that over 90% of the group’s members are individuals who, in the absence of the current political climate in Nigeria, would not be willing to engage in political activism. However, they have been driven to do so by the realities of the situation. The battle has begun, and with the help of the Almighty God, triumph will come.
