Some of the highest ranking government officials will be present at the ceremony on Tuesday in Abuja.
Along with other prominent figures from the oil and gas industry, the unveiling will include the Senate President, Ahmad Lawan, the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Timipre Sylva, and the Group Managing Director of NNPC, Mele Kyari.
The Petroleum Industry Act has been followed in the conversion of NNPC Group to NNPC Limited.
The Act states that NNPC Limited would operate as a for-profit business subject to the Company and Allied Matters Act (CAMA).
