This summer, Ronaldo has been extensively rumored to be leaving Manchester United.
The international from Portugal has been linked to Chelsea, Bayern Munich, and a Saudi Arabian club.
In the event that Man United receives a reasonable offer from the five-time Ballon d’Or winner this summer, the player has already notified the club of his desire to leave Old Trafford.
Ronaldo is eager to compete in the Champions League the following year.
However, according to football transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano, Thomas Tuchel, the manager of Chelsea, has decided in the end not to bring Ronaldo to Stamford Bridge.
He continued by saying that the Blues are currently concentrating on other deals.
“As things stand, Thomas Tuchel has decided against signing Cristiano Ronaldo. Todd Boehly and Jorge Mendes spoke, but the manager has always had the last say, Romano tweeted on Thursday.
Tuchel isn’t interested in signing Cristiano, thus Chelsea are now concentrating on other deals.
