Anthony Elenga, a young player for United, claimed the 30-year-old is a very talented player and that he will be a tremendous asset to the team.
After Eriksen’s six-month contract at Brentford expired, he signed up with Manchester United as a free agent. He committed to the Red Devils for three years.
The midfielder assisted Brentford in avoiding relegation to the Championship last season before transferring to Old Trafford.
Along with Victor Lindelof and Elanga, he is now one of three Scandinavian players at Manchester United.
Elanga told Manchester United’s media, “Having another Scandinavian in the team is special.
“I’ve played against him, and he’s a special player, a really talented player… You could see his strengths…
He will undoubtedly contribute greatly to the team, in my opinion. I’m hoping he’ll leave me some balls to run on behind. That’ll be good.
