Ten Hag provides an update on Man United’s pursuit of De Jong and Eriksen.

Erik ten Hag, manager of Manchester United, has assured supporters that the team is working to bring in “the right players.”

In a news conference held today in preparation for Tuesday’s exhibition match against Liverpool, Ten Hag made this statement.

Christian Eriksen, a free agent after leaving Brentford, and Frenkie De Jong of Barcelona have both been linked to a £67 million move to United.

“Deals between Eriksen and Frenkie de Jong? We intend to include the best players.

We have a pretty strong team, and we are aiming to refine our style of play, Ten Hag stated.

He responded, when asked directly about De Jong, “Frenkie de Jong? I never discuss players who have agreements with other teams. In regards to Frenkie, I won’t respond.

The number of signings? Players for the offense and midfield are still needed.
