We must do well at WAFCON 2022 to defeat the Super Falcons – Morocco Star, El Chad

In order to defeat a “powerful” Super Falcons team in Monday’s semifinal match at the 2022 Africa Women’s Cup of Nations, Moroccan defender Nesryn El Chad stated the Atlas Lionesses must perform at their highest level (today).

With a perfect record in the competition thus far, Reynald Pedro’s team has had success.

After reaching the semifinals, the North Africans will also play in their first FIFA Women’s World Cup.

The Atlas Lionesses’ next challenge is to unseat the Super Falcons as African champions.

They must defeat the current champions in order to accomplish it.

El Chad believed that in order for her team to go to the final, they would need to perform well.

No matter who is in front of us, El Chad said to CAFonline, “We will have to be strict and strong defensively if we want to qualify for the final.”

“We must continue to be organized and tough at the back. Physically, technically, and tactically, we are prepared, she declared.

The event is scheduled to take place in the Moulay Abdellah Sports Complex in Rabat. It starts at 9 p.m. Nigerian time.
