Young people are advised to seize real estate chances.

Young people have been urged by real estate professionals to look at career options there rather than moving away or wanting major changes.

Dr. Babatunde Adeyemo, the chief executive officer of Pelican Valley, has urged Nigerian youths to remain in their country and develop, claiming that the developed countries that are luring the intellectuals and young people of Nigeria away with carrots do not have the best interests of the country in mind.

Adeyemo said that Nigeria needs individuals who could alter the narrative and make the country a better place for its inhabitants and residents when he spoke to a group of young Nigerians on Sunday at the Continental Suites in Abeokuta, Ogun State, under the auspices of Junior Chamber International.

However, the realtor expressed certainty that Nigeria will become great and better again with sound philosophy, strong leadership, and belief in her glory.
“However, it is quite regrettable that the typical Nigerian kid lacks patience.

They often discuss revolution. I support all revolutions. In reality, I support revolution and I really believe in it, but a revolution has to be planned out because, in the event of a rapid, dramatic upheaval, who among the young people would assume the reins of authority? Is it the current generation of Yahoo Yahoo youths? Is it the young in Japan?

Is it the exodus of apostles’ brains? Are the young people who want to ride the G-Wagon right away impatient? Is it the generation of drug users? The typical Nigerian teenager wants to try drugs and becomes addicted.

“Let’s restore our confidence in Nigeria. You may fulfill your goals and be the moral person you want to be.

“Any young Nigerian may achieve the same feat if they have the patience and dedication, especially if I can accomplish it with Pelican Valley without stealing. Nigeria is a country rich in resources. Look at Femi Otedola and Dangote. They persisted and believed in Nigeria, which helped them achieve tremendous success, Adeyemo remarked.

Omotayo Yusuf, another realtor, said that there were many prospects in the real estate business for young people fleeing the nation and that anybody could start in it with little to no experience.

In Nigeria, a realtor does not need to be certified, although a formal education is a distinct benefit. Because you may choose to advise for many businesses and choose your own pace, real estate is one of the most stable careers you could possibly have.
