Elon Musk reveals Twitter headquarters’ “hidden closet” packed with “keep awake” t-shirts

Twitter is a clearing house for Elon Musk.

After laying off the majority of the company’s employees and cheering the departure of “woke” journalists from the social media platform, he is now actively taking “woke” t-shirts out of Twitter’s corporate offices.

Musk shared a video on Tuesday showing him and another person discovering a whole “hidden closet” filled of shirts with the hashtag “#StayWoke.”

Musk said, “We’re at the merchandising event and there’s a whole wardrobe full of hashtag awake.

After Elon Musk reinstates his Twitter account and lifts the lifetime ban, Donald Trump responds.

Off-camera, an unnamed figure said, “A hidden closet.”

Following Musk’s acquisition of Twitter, a number of users attacked his desire for “free speech” on the social media site, arguing that it would encourage discrimination, insults, and false news.

Others attacked Musk for lifting the bans on well-known users including former President Donald Trump and the parody website Babylon Bee.

Elon Musk mocks the media for claiming neutrality after the takeover hysteria, saying, “Will have to fact-check that.”

Additionally, he reduced the workforce by more than 75% and compelled those who remained to sign a commitment to work even harder than before to fundamentally alter Twitter.

A migration of “hall monitor” journalists to Mastodon, a competing social media platform that enables users to construct their own custom social media feeds, was also sparked by these policy changes, among other changes to the business and platform.

In response to a tweet, Musk made fun of the outspoken journalists and said he was glad they were gone.

Nate Silver, the creator of FiveThirtyEight, first penned the following: “Mastodon sounds like a honeytrap for hall-monitor personality types. Sincerity be damned, Elon’s greatest contribution to humanity’s advancement could be getting all the hall monitors to switch to Mastodon.

Elon Musk applauds a journalist who left Twitter saying, “JUDGY HALL MONITORS STAY ON OTHER PLATFORMS.”

Silver’s post received a prompt response from Musk, who appeared to endorse the action. What could possibly be more entertaining than a social network made up only of hall monitors? He asked.

He said, “Hope all judgy hall monitors remain on other platforms – please, I’m asking u,” in another tweet.

Because of Twitter’s direction shift and their belief that it would not survive too many changes too fast and could eventually shut down, a number of these journalists and others have quit the platform. Due to this purported “uncertainty,” CBS News said on Friday that it would be quitting Twitter. However, less than 48 hours later, it returned.

Musk mocked his detractors who predicted that Twitter would soon collapse in a tweet later on Tuesday evening.

He tweeted, “Wasn’t Twitter meant to dead by now or something…”
