The newscasters Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes’ alleged extramarital romance has brought actor Andrew Shue back into the public eye.

The Daily Mail reported on Wednesday that Holmes and Robach, co-hosts on ABC’s “GMA3: What You Need to Know,” have been “locked in a passionate romance despite both being married to their respective spouses for the past 12 years.” The report included several private images of the midday anchors taken throughout November.

Shue and Robach have been married for the last 12 years. According to several stories, the couple were hitched the next year after meeting at a book party in 2009.

The television presenter listed her house with Shue for sale before the shocking images revealed the alleged connection between Holmes and Robach. According to municipal records, the two’s New York City apartment was advertised on September 28 and entered under contract on November 18.

In the meanwhile, Holmes and Marilee Fiebig have been wed since 2010.

Following the popularity of the television series “Beverly Hills, 90210,” Andrew Shue had a lucrative acting career. He is best known for playing Billy Campbell in the “Melrose Place” spinoff series of “90210.”

Along with appearing on “The Wonder Years,” he also got parts in the movies “Gracie” and “The Rainmaker.”

Elisabeth Shue, his sister, was instrumental in encouraging Andrew Shue’s acting career to take off. Her performances in “The Karate Kid,” “Adventures in Babysitting,” and “Cocktail” have earned her recognition.

She gained parts in “Leaving Las Vegas,” “The Saint,” “Deconstructing Harry,” and “Hollow Man” after experiencing early professional success.

Andrew Shue was a professional soccer player in the 1990s. He then played professionally for the Bulawayo Highlanders in the Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League after his undergraduate athletic career at Dartmouth.

In 1996, Shue was a member of the Los Angeles Galaxy. He made the decision to leave sports the next year after spending the following season on the injured reserve list.

Since beginning his acting career, Andrew Shue has taken numerous different initiatives to support charities. He helped create the nonprofit DoSomething, which inspires young people to support social problems.

Shue also participated in the 2006 launch of Cafemom. The website, which has been dubbed the “MySpace for Moms,” provides moms and would-be moms with parenting tips and news.

In 2021, Andrew Shue and Amy Robach collaborated on writing a children’s book. The two used their own mixed family as the inspiration for the book “Better Together.”

In a statement to Individuals magazine last year, Shue said, “We believed that there was a tale in our family’s experience that might connect with blended families, but also with people in the nation in general who are fighting a little bit to find the love and the common ground that we all have.”

In addition, Robach said, “We really used to tell [our kids] tales, particularly the small ones, about the animals in our yard and how they all joined together as a family.” So we would jokingly say, “One day we should publish a children’s book about how family isn’t only about who you are connected to by blood, but also about who you choose to love, who you choose to respect, and who you choose to find common ground with.”

Before starting his relationship with Amy Robach, Andrew Shue was previously married. Jennifer Hageney, a flower designer, and Shue previously wed. They were married in 1994 and got divorced in 2008.

Nathaniel, Aidan, and Wyatt are the three children that Shue and Hageney had together.

Robach’s first marriage to Tim McIntosh produced two children. Ava and Annie are the children of the ex-couple.
